1. Rugging, morning and night.

2. Feeding twice daily - hardfeed and on-site hay. Agisters provide own hard feed.

3. Horses collected and returned for farriers, vets etc.

4. Minor medical attention.

5. Bulk purchase of hay (to get best price and reduce weeds).

6. Large stables.

7. Co-ordinated Worming, etc.

1. 60 x 20 sand and rubber arena.

2. Sand Round Yard.

3. Jumping equipment.

4. 700m working track with jump options.

5. Horse trails within the property (approx. 3km at present).

6. Float Parking.

7. 3 shared tack rooms and feed storage area.

8. 2 holding yards.

9. Undercover tie-up stalls.

10. Wash Bay with hot water.

11. Car-park.

12. Automatic filling of drink troughs.

13. Electric fencing to all paddocks.

14. 2 Sick/fat paddocks.

15. Picnic tables.

16. Fully equipped kitchen.

17. Toilet (serviced fortnightly).
